I placed an order of 1 guide rod and 1 "sleeve" for my glock 23  back in the beginning of march thru the glockstore.com website. the first red flag was that it wasn't until i had place the order and pay for it in full   , that they told me (thru automated email)  that it will be between 5 to 7 processing days. the 7 days went by , and nothing. another two days, cero. i send them the first (of many) emails asking if everything was still in order, just in case they've misplaced the order or it was lost in the mail. nothing back. then i tried the 1-800 number that NO ONE ANSWERS. E  V  E  R  !!!!  FINALLY i decided to check the complaints against mr. KENNY MAGILL  (owner of glockstore.com) here on ripoff and guess what?  you got it .i am one of many with the same problem. there credit cards were processed  very,very fast but when it comes to deliver the product they are nowhere to be found. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING THE A.T.F. AND THE B.B.B SO THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING TO PEOPLE . LAST I HEARD STEALING IS STILL ILLEGAL IN THE U.S.  HONESTLY .  STAY AWAY FROM GLOCKSTORE.COM.
