I made an order with the Glockstore before reading the reviews (bad idea), I ordered two parts for one of my handguns one part was instock and the other came in the day after I ordered it. Then for some strange reason it took them 3 days to process the order however they billed me almost imediatly. Also everytime I called asking why I was not hearing anything on my orders I got a different person who gave me the run around and I got so many different answers I didn't know what was going on. Also they say that their system will send an e-mail to you once the item ships. No they don't! I am registered online for UPS and USPS updates and foundout through them my packages were moving. After about 2 weeks I finally got the part that was instock, and the one that was a day behind well UPS says it will be here next Wednesday, (we will see). Most companies ship items the next business day not Glockstore, and who knows how long it will take you to get your items, they sure don't. 

I will probably not do business with them again.

 

My order was in before a so called shipment of 1,500 high cap magazines was and guess what order they processed first (not mine). This is what a Glockstore rep even told me. Three words Poor Customer Service!
