GlockStore Lenny Magill Customer Care Dosn't Exist Internet

On January 3rd, 2013 I purchased a number of items via web from www.glockstore.com. Included in the purchase I opted for 3 day express delivery. Excited for my package to arrive approximately a week later;
understanding time is required to fill the order, I received my package 2 items short of what was promised. I then received and email stating I would not be charged for additional shipping for the remaining parts. I began to worry as I had never had many bad online experiences and dreaded this was about to be the
first. So to be fair I waited. I waited right up until the 2nd bank draft from my account with no delivery date, order status change, or response from my many attempts to contact the establishment. It is now February 18th no additional products in hand and still no response. I was ripped off for shipping and not even considered as worth a response to my purchases. Enough said.
