glockstore/lenny magill sold miss labeled concealment shirts and refused to exchange them for the correct size san diego California
The Lenny MaGill/Glockstore sold me (3) concealment shirts that are mislabled/mismarked. The store refused to exchange them after I was given an authorized exchange number for the exchange. Clearly after a visual inspection it is obvious that they are to small too be a 2XL.
I sent Lenny MaGill a shirt to visually and physically measure and inspect. I have a signed receipt form the USPS for the package and confirmation of the sent fax. It now has been over (7) weeks without any response from Mr. MaGill.
When I call to inquire about this there is no greeting or welcome to the glockstore just hold on and I will be put on hold for (5) to almost (20) minuets before someone decides to finally answer the phone again only to be told that MaGill is not here every time.
This seems to be a deliberate attempt to trick the consumer out of money. Most companies will gladly exchange a product that has been mislabled or misboxed (example) a 20 inch flat screen television that has been put inside a box labled as a 40 inch flat screen television and sold to the customer as a 40 inch. In most states this is a crime.
