Really wish I had done a web search first - apparently, I am not alone.

Ordered accessories on 9/13/13.  Started following up two weeks later.  Emails, phone calls - no response!  It's been a month.  I'll try cancelling the order (since I received it from another vendor), but am not optimistic the cancellation will do any good.  Fortunately, they have not charged my credit card yet, so I'll just need to watch my statement and dispute the charge if it ever processes.

Will never do business with this company again!
