Complaint Review: Gloria Nelson Community Manager

 Gloria Nelson, Community Manager of M L Shepard Manor Senior Citizen's apartment building of which there are 89 senior citizen one-bedroom aparatments.  This building is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit building and everyone in this senior citizen building are only supposed to pay 30% of their "imputed" income which has already been calculatd by the Internal Revenue Service, because this is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit building where the landlord, Rodney S. Shepard who is the owner of M L Shepard Manor is getting more than $858,000.00 for running a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program for senior citizens. 

Ms. Gloria Nelwon and Mr. Rodney S. Shepard are both forcing all of the senior citizens in the building of 89 units to pay up to 80% of their disability checks.  If they do not pay Gloria Nelson and Rodney S. Shepard who is the owner of the building their blackmail money, Gloria Nelson and Rodney Shepard evicts them.

Gloria Nelson has brought in hit men to threaten to kill the senior citizens if they do not stop complaining to Diane Feinstein about the fraud that they are committing.   Gloria Nelson has even moved in this young hit man to threaten and intimidage the senior citizens in the building to get them to not talk.

She pays her hit man to vandalize our cars. She herself taken our personal information and committed idenity theft with it. 

She threatens to tow away our cars if we don't do what she wants us to do.  She is threatening to evict the senior citizens if they do not help her cover up the fraud against the Federal government. 

This is a senior citizen building, but she has moved in eight young thugs into a one-bedroom apartment where only senior citizens are supposed to live.

There must be a criminal complaint filed against this woman and the landlord.  They are constantly threatening and intimidating us every single chance they get.

The senior citizens in the building are blilnd, in wheel chairs, disabled and on SSI.  They are not able to fight her and this landlord and the the thugs that they are paying to terrorize our lives.
