Complaint Review: Glory Chihuahuas

No I'm sorry I don't know who you are because the cases you are claiming have NEVER happened so if you aren't afraid to let it be known who you are why don't you email me? If you have ANY proof in emails or whatever I WOULD love to see them!! I have NEVER had a puppy die and then refuse to give back a deposit that was placed on it Let Alone be asked for a vet report on the puppy's death and deny giving one. Where is your proof?? You won't have it because it Never happened!! To touch on a few other lies you made I don't own 40 and all the dogs I own are listed on my website except for maybe 3-4 that are on there that I have sold and maybe 3-4 that are puppies that I am raising but either way the number equals out. As far as rabbits my daughter does have 2 show rabbits she uses in 4-H & we have no guinea pigs so another lie. Poop everywhere Give Me a Break, our puppies don't run freely all the time so when they are let out for exercise and pastime it is supervised. She puppy pad train all of our puppies & use pheromone based spray to assist us un that. There is Never a time we would let an "accident" just sit there. Lies, lies, & more lies. Why don't you put your proof where your mouth is and send me some emails that prove even one thing that you are saying. As far as court papers where are they?? Of this happened months ago what's taking you so long? Maybe because it's ALL a Lie!?! Also, why put a false name "Dorothy"? I haven't dealt with anyone by that name so it must just be another lie! I have had Glory Chihuahuas for going on 6 years if of any of tje things you were saying was true don't you think yours would't be the first one?!? I would think not but the reason there aren't others is because yours are all LIES! I look forward to seeing any of your "proof" in my email box!!

First off I'd like to say that yes as of Now I live in the next town over due to my husbands work but when I bought our First puppy we lived in Houston actually on the out skirts of Houston Texas. And the Only reason why we even wanted to come back to get another puppy was to rescue it from that horrific house that you have those poor puppies living in. And as for proof you will see in court for I'm in the process of filing a civil suit against you now to receive our money back. AKC has been contacted and should be doing their own investigation on your kennel.

So for those poor dogs sake I hope you have paid someone to clean your kennels and for your dogs and kids that you have in your house I hope you've cleaned it up cause you will end up with some serious sickness its only a matter of time. And as for the puppy I was to receive but Never did due to you saying it Died where is the vet report we requested from you months ago?. And I'm sure you don't take ALL your dogs to the vet to have a check up.

Only the ones that have to be shipped because they require a health certificate to travel and being we drove all that way to get our puppy you never provided us with a vet report saying it was in good bill of health. And thank GOD when we got our little precious baby he was ok. But who knows about the one we were to get from you being you never took it in to let us know it wasn't your environment that cause the puppy's death. But as proof you will soon see in court! You know who I am I don't have to paste it over the internet unless you've done enough bad business that you can't keep up with your lies to which client then that's on you not anyone eles.

I truly hope that this will be a lesson for you to do better business with people and actually get your hands dirty and clean up your house & kennel. Because I have contacted the proper people go investigate you and your Puppy Mill is what I would call it. And yes your right don't take just someones word for it do your own investigation always make sure the person your doing business with isn't running a puppy mill and is only in it for the money.

Cause clearly this woman hasn't spent the money caring for her pets. And ALWAYS get your contracts up front don't wait for it cause you may be waiting a long time as we have. And ALWAYA ALWAYS ALWAYS ask for a health certificate up front so you know the puppy your getting is in a good bill of health not to mention it shows the owners care enough to take all their babies to the Vet. For a check up the same as you would your actual child.

I noticed later after already submitting my rebuttal that this person by the name of "Dorothy" put her location as Springtown. For those of you that are not familiar with Azle, my location, or that of Springtown, the location of the person who complained I would like everyone to be aware that Springtown is the next small town over from Azle which is appoximately 12 miles away. It was written in the complaint that they drove 6 hours to see the puppies which does not coincide with living in Springtown so there is one easily seen lie from this individual. I have already pointed out several other things in their complaint that didn't quite make sense either as in making a 2nd 6 hour trip back to me when they were unhappy with their first visit as well as purchasing a puppy from such horrid conditions yet no mention of any health or behavioral issues and their reason for purchasing a 2nd one was because they were so happy with their first. Again, I welcome "Dorothy" to bring forth her proof which I doubt she will because she can't provide proof on a series of lies!

The report made is a Lie as first off if I have a deposit on a puppy that happens to pass I Do offer a refund. I have had that happen with only one customer & is one incident in which I Do still speak to the woman who has decided to wait to see what other puppies I have in the future. Please note the person provides no specifics on the puppy they bought, the one they were coming back for, dates etc. Also, let's ask ourselves if the puppy really lived in those conditions but they had already driven 6 hours to get it would you Really make that same 6 hour trip again for a different puppy?

Also of the puppy was raised is such horrible conditions how was it healthy? And how we're they so happy with it they decided to make that very long trip again to purchase another? I have used the same vet for the past 5 years & they will tell you I have NEVER had a puppy fail for a health certificate. To the person who posted those false claims why don't you tell everyone who you are? Prove your story in detail with proof of emails and such. I have NEVER had a civil claim fixed against me either.

For Real References of people who have bought a puppy or puppies from me please contact me. Also, I Do have proof of a customer who threatened to file a RipOff report if I didn't give her the puppies to the she purchased from me on an agreement of cash with puppies back but it was agreed I would be listed as co-owner until I received the pups back. I felt like she was trying to threaten me in order to get out of having to stick to our agreement as made.

I have proof she threatened this. I also have proof she was happy with the puppies and they were seen by her vet & given a clean bill of health. The one puppy she is even planning to show. So sadly this report was made on false accusations. RipOff can be a good way to learn about businesses that may not be good but it can also be an outlet for people who just want to make someone look bad as this is the case here. For those of you considering a Glory Chihuahua yourself do your own research & don't let someone's words without any proof make your decision for you. .
