Complaint Review: Gloss Motive

 Ordered a free trial just paying shipping fees of $4.95; A while later, my card was charged $69.95 for another order which I did not make nor authorize. Found the phone number to "Newhealthytoday.com which must be their other scammer name attached to the credit card charge. The number is 888-272-2362. Called and told me I had a monthly order. I never authorized any such thing. I told them I wanted refunded immediately and to cancel their bogus monthly order. Was told I could only get $20 back. I said refund all or I will report it to my bank as fraud. Said I could only get $20 again. I said ok, your choice, total refund or I hang up and call the bank and they will fix it, your choice. Was told hang on a minute. He came back and said okay I will refund it and cancel but takes 3 to 5 days to show up. This is day 2. Will call and report it anyway but will allow 6 days. Another scaming company. I would like to have the product lab tested as it tastes like very diluted Oregeno Oil to me. I will try and update this when I know more.
