Complaint Review: Gloss Motive

Ordered a free trial in December just paying shipping fees of $4.95; A month later, my bank account was debited for $69.95 for another order which I did not make nor authorize.   Telephone number on invoice was to an answering machine that says someone will answer shortly then goes to music; After about 10 minutes,  and automated voice says, "good bye".   Another scam company; no web address and unable to contact them in anyway.   I've contacted my bank and advised it was a scam and to investigate and credit my account.
