I ordered a free trial of the Kronos hair product online from Glow.com. I didn't realize I was clicking through "paid advertising" online. It appeared like a product review article. That's the first of misleading business practices. Then, after placing the order and order having been confirmed, I was provided the fine print about being billed $98.50 +tax for the free trial products if not returned within 30 days.
I tried to contact Glow to cancel my order and to start Glow's return process via e-mail - using the e-mail link from Glow's customer service page. However, my e-mail keeps getting bounced and got the below message from Glow. I am starting to believe that they want to make the cancellation process very difficult so they can bill me $98 + tax!!!
