(Product Name: GM Master Card-benefit claims) I have this insurance benefit on my credit card,I lost my job, filed my claim,was sent a credit card statement showing my account paid off and was also sent 2 new credit cards. This was very misleading as I thought my credit card was paid in full as was shown on my statement. Next thing I know, I recieve another monthly statement showing I owe over 9,000 dollars and didn't contact them in 45 days, yet they are still taking 77.00 a month for this insurance. I'm still unemployed. I sent my Visa card people same information, they paid theirs with no problems. They are refusing to reopen my case, yet I'm still paying for these so called benefits.
