Complaint Review: GMAC MORTGAGE

I have a home in which in has a loan with GMAC Mortgage. In Feb 2008 i fell behind on my payments. as of april 1,2008 i owed them three months. i have tried to catch up on my payments, i got a certified check from the bank and over nighted feb 1, 2008 payment to them on april 4, 2008.

on april 18,2008 i sent them the march 1, 2008 payment via western union.

i got a call from there loss litigation department a man named alfred phone number (214) 874-6820 saying i have to pay them $3000.00 attorney fees and that they are not applying my feb 1 08 payment that i sent them certified. they are holding on to it. they want to pay the $3000.00 attorney fee and my house is in forclosure. i have proof of the certified check that i sent them and i have proof of the march payment i wired to them. how can a bank want me to pay them an attoreny fee when i am trying my best to pay them. i am trying to be an honest person but they are the devil. they are telling me that i am in forclosure and i will lose my home. when i am doing everything i can to pay them.
