Complaint Review: Gmac Mortgage home Commings Franklin Management

well its starts good i mortgaged my house with a good mortgage company. then my husband had 4 heart attacts and open heart surgery. we were behind so far i had to file bankrupsy chapter13. paying 2 payments 1 to bankrupsy 1 to mortgage company. but after gmac got my mortgage they destroyed our lives and our credit during the bank ruptsy we went to court with gmac they said i was behind 1200 dollars which i paid then there was none taken off the bill so i asked why they said it was for a morgage company chasemortgage. but after that i went to court 4 times with receits to show i had paid every month in febuary of 2004 my husband john had another heart attact and had 2 stints put in they still wouldnt leave us alone even tho we made our payments. then we got behind 3 months couldnt get the morgage company to help. in march of last year i called them because they said if i pay a certain ammount and they raised the payment from 389.07 to 441.00 so i let them. then instead of 441 the payments went to 501.00 and i called them they said they wouldnt accept payments from me. they was starting fourclouser on the property. they forced me into accepting chapted 7 so it has ruined my credit. if anyone can help please let me know
