I ordered two products from GMBShair.com online and used Paypal to pay. They shipped one product and the second product never came. When I logged into Paypal to request a refund, Paypal indicated it was too late.

I call GMBShair.com to request a refund. They tried to refund it through Paypal, but Paypal had it on hold since I had just tried to access the account. GMBShair.com suggested I call back after Paypal released the account.

I called back today, approximately one month later (8/19/09) and spoke to GMBShair.com customer representative, an Asian man named John. He was very rude, would not refund me or look the account up, and then he hung up in my face and told me to check back with them later.

I call back and spoke to an Asian women. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She said they don't have supervisors and gave me an email to write to. I told her I needed a refund and I had already attempted to contact them several times.

When I told her I had purchased two identical pieces, she laughed and said "you're probably lying." I asked her "why would she call me a liar?" After she asked for my account info, I indicated I didn't want to handle the account with her since she too was rude. Again she reminded me there were no supervisors.

This company is rude and obnoxious and obviously will not refund my money through Paypal.
