To start off, I went into this car lot looking for a SUV. Once on the lot... Fred kept pushing and pushing that I purchase a 2004 Jaguar s-type. I was hesitant and he knew it so him and Reza made a "deal" with me that if I purchase this car along with $6000 down, once they get a good SUV in they would call me and I could bring the Jaguar back in and trade it out with no extra money or anything down. I agreed and drove the car off the lot that night.

On the drive home I noticed there was grinding in the engine. The next day I took the car back in and Reza told me that they would fix it and along with anything else that was wrong with the car at no extra cost, we made arrangements to have me drop off the car a week later so they could fix it in their service department. When I dropped off the car at the Service Department, the mechanic told me that all the car needed was an oil change. It took them a WEEK to get the oil change done, which also cost me even though Reza said he would take care of it. I took the car home thinking everything was okay, only to find the next morning that my car was leaking large amounts of oil on my garage floor. So I called Reza and he told me to bring the car back in and have it checked out again. I was then told that the mechanic had made a mistake and "over filled" it with oil and thats why it was leaking. When I was picking up my car, I noticed that they had a new SUV on the lot, when I asked if I could deal on this SUV Reza told me that they couldn't sell that car because it didn't have a "clean title" so they could not sale this car to anyone. So I gave up and continued to drive the Jaguar... about a month later, they actually called me and told me they got a SUV on the lot that was perfect for me. I drove down to the lot and test drove the car and everything and decided the car was okay. We went into the office to take care of the whole "trade deal", Fred then wasn't to friendly to me anymore and demanded that I give them another $6000 for that car. His whole story then changed about the deal they originally made. Obviously no deal was made that night.

A short time later my car had broken down, instead of having it towed to GMF, I had it towed to my mechanic who then told me that when they had fixed the oil pan they had drilled holes in the pan and they had messed with the electrical which caused a short in the computer. Instead of going through the hassle of dealing with that car lot I paid for the repairs myself which was several hundred dollars.

Just recently I found out that the air compressor has a massive crack, and needs to be replaced which means it is going to cost me another several hundred dollars on top of the ridiculous $700 payment I have been making to them monthly. Not to mention the grinding that I heard the night I drove the car home, is still going on.

Fred and Reza not only told me they would trade the car out for me, they also showed me a fake carfax report. They do not keep their promises here or at least they don't remember them. They are selling unsafe cars and they know it. They are well aware of the problems that the cars they sell to us have.

If you are thinking of purchasing a car from them, don't. They will tell you any lie and even make fake deals with you to make sure you buy a car from them.
