Wow, wish I'd read the other reports first! Here's GetMyHomesValue.com/Web Xtreme's latest ripoff.

Their salesman sold me my first priority zip code and promised all others in the surrounding area because they hadn't yet been purchased. "Oh, look, here's a lead that just came in that's in 80401! If you sign up we'll be getting you your first appointment today!" Compelling isn't it. This was one of the lies. It was Monday.

Second, was that Audrey Mack would be calling me before the day was out. She didn't but I was charged for that first day despite receiving ZERO service.

Third, she finally got a hold of me on Wednesday so we could set an appointment for Friday to "get me started." Granted, I was unable to schedule a time on Thursday but I am a full-time, productively producing broker with many appointments. Five days now that I was being charged for without receiving the basic service. No leads yet either. There was a name in Aurora, a suburb 25 miles away where I don't do business and told them I didn't care for leads there. They told me it wasn't an actual lead, then scheduled my first call for Friday morning 0830. She didn't call at the assigned time or within an hour of the assigned time to let me know there was a delay.

Fourth, I called the "Customer Service" number at GMHV, explained in a very clear, calm voice the above scenario and told them I wanted to be refunded, that I had lost confidence in the service and product, that they were not fulfilling the services promised and that they should refund my money and I'd go away. No service here. The guy first tries to sell me some more, then says, "Can you tell me you've never missed a call?" Then says they DO NOT refund. "Did you read the contract?" he asked. I replied saying, "The contract says that you need to provide a service. You are not doing that in my opinion so please just refund my money immediately and I'll be on my way," I say. "We don't do that and won't?" he says.

Next I asked for the president's name. He gave it to me. Then I asked to talk with him and was told, "We won't let you do that. I'm as high as you're going to get. I'm second in command," the 'service rep' says. Much more conversation after that as I continued to try to talk reasonably to him. After hanging up with him my wife asked, "Who was that guy yelling at you?" I had my bluetooth hands-free device in my ear and she could hear the "Customer Service" yelling at me--amazing isn't it.

I'll be going after my $232 out of principle. Please read this and DO NOT do business with this company.
