I purchased mortgage leads from Tim Nelson at GMX or Global Market Experts.  My check was sent via FedEx to 80 SW 8th Street 20th Floor or suite 2000,  Miami, Florida 33130.  My check was endorsed by hand for deposit only.  The Account number was written so that it would be very hard to read.  It was deposited into an account at Wells Fargo.  The official name on the Account was GMX, as well as the personal name of the owner.  Check was cashed and then Tim and Christine started there game of stringing me on day after day.

I had purchased mortgage leads.  GMX promised 6 closed loans.  They wanted half the money up front and the other half when the loans closed.  Tim had me approve a crappy email ad campaign and voice mail campaign.  They kept needing approvals.  Days would go by.  Then they said oh, we now need this, or with your approval we will get started.  What the heck!  I all ready said let's do this.  Every time I sent an email it would take a few days for an answer and then some type of lame excuse to why it takes time.  These guys are professionals.

They know how to tell you what you want to hear.  I have not recieved a single lead and I have been asking for my money back for days.  I told Tim that I was going to the police.  Tim says he is at 1215 K Street in Sacramento, California, 95814.  I called the city and they said he did not have a business licence.  The website is registered through a company that hides the identity of the owner. The BBB doesn't have anything on GMX or Global or Global Marketing Experts in California because they don't have a business license in california.  They do have reports in Florida but hard to find when your talking to someone in california.  Please stay away from this scam.
