Complaint Review: Gnosis Wellness by Paul E Harvey

Paul is the owner of this alternative ozone health business who sells online. And he runs a shady operation of reselling other company's products but taking zero responsiblities for any customer care when issues arise. He ships all the way from canada but he doesn't handle returns that he believes that isn't profitable enough for him to offer any customer care topping a shitty attitude about it. 

#1. When I rise the questions about his products, he says you can return it but you have to ship it to canada at your own costs. 

#2. When I was not happy w the products he resells, he says you need to talk with the company that sells the item to you becuz he resells the item and makes too little money on it. Are you kidding me? I paid him at his e store, if I have ANY problems, he took the money & he sold the item to me. NOT any one else, but HIM! So he said, well, I don't know what to do about your situation, you need to get the refund from them. To me, that's DOWNRIGHT BULLS***. 

If you don't make enough money from reselling a product, that's your own d**n fault. You should not say that to ANY customers and you certainly should NOT sell ANYTHING that you can't be bothered with. MOREOVER, you certainly should back it up by selling it if people have problems instead of sending them the run around taking NO responsiblity for selling it to them. 

That, to me, is aboslutely Fu**** Up!

Avoid this a**hole, irresponsible, no ethics and completely rude. AVOID!!
