A few months Back I place an Order from a Website(which no longer exist) for 1 Free Sample of the Accie Berry and SlimX, The website made no mention of it being a "Trial" during view and checking out of the page. Now it did state that I would be charged $1.00 per the 2 free samples of each for Shipping and Handling purposes. total $2.00. Now thats 4 bottles total.

Now the site did say that I could return them for a full refund if i wans't satified within 30-days(to me that seemed pointless considering the cost).

My shipping was estimated at 3 day Via USPS.

Now 7th Day pass nothing and then I check my Bank Account again because i'm getting rdy to purchase some other stuff online however I noticed a Charge of $1.00, $4.00 and then $5X.95(think was 59.95). from the website.

However they where from 2 seperate locations. I knew something was wrong, by now the mail came in and i got a Letter from GNS, Inc Stating my 30-day trail period hand ended and I was automaticaly set to Recived 2 new Shipments of the Product, However a few Hours Later while trying to get ahold of both of these now 2 seperat companies, I noticed 3 more charges trying to be apllied for 79.XX.

I contacted my card company and had them put a hold on the charges so i could get in touch with both of these companies to figure out what was going on, I Called both companies several times with either no answer, wating on the phone for 30 then being hung up on or being told lines where busy due to unsual amount of calls being placed for orders.

I then started sending e-mails with no reply.

I then Cancled my card.

They tried several more times in the course of 3 weeks of attempting to charge additional charges of 79.XX however since the card was cancled it woul not do anything.

During the Declineing time i started to received e-mails from both companies Stating they where having a hard time charge me for the new billing cycle and they would still sned me my pills but requested i get the beilling fixxed(fat chance never ever recived anything from them at any point).

I replied bakc to both companies, Finnaly the SlimX company stoped and so did the GNS, Inc(these companies have Several Websites, they gave me Different ones in their e-mails).

some of the DNS names resolves to different sites now.

Just 2 weeks ago though i recived a Letter in the Mail from GNS, Inc Collections department stating I owed them money and that they would send me to collections for not paying for all the products they have been sending me(uh what products???) I then tried to call again, Nothing so i sent an e-mail again to the e-mail addressed listed on the Letter, week went by before a reply.

I was told they never recived any of my e-mails but then the "Brittany" stats that they did Cancle my order months ago yet she has no Info in regards to any of my attemps to cancleing or any of the e-mails i sent.

If they Cancled my order wtf am i still being harrased by them trying to steal more of my money?????

Then today I get a Phone call stating that they are a week away from sending the claim into collections, they guy didn't give me his name but just a fax number to send my Information in Because he wans't aware of any of this(sounds like no one at this company knows anthing) and that I need to fax over the Fraud Information. Ugh shouldn't the bank and them have Delt with that???

Just seems like they are trying to get more information out of me. Normaly when you make a fraud claim your kinda the 3rd guy the bank(middle man) then tries and deals with them if for some reason a resolution can't be made the bank usualy agree's to the fraud.

These people make me sick. How are they still able to operate and why haven't they been shutdown yet??? it doens't make sense.

We do not carry the product called SlimX, however, we do have a promotion for a free 21 day trial offer for our Acai Berry Edge product. With this offer you pay just the shipping and handling up front, $3.97 for standard shipping which is 7-14 days, and our priority shipping option which is $12.95 for 3-5 days. We ship out two bottles of our product to our customers to try for 21 days. If the products are kept past the 21 day trial then you are billed $79.90 for both bottles.
