Free trial offer, right, this is just a scam to get your credit card information so they can bill you regardless of if you keep or return the product. I was charged for the shipping and handling up front as was stated in the offer on their web page. I cancelled the next day so no more shpments would go out. I was bill for the product for 79.90 even though the trial period was not up. Called them and they told me that had to return tyhe product to get a refund, a full refund. Reurned within the 30 days and had proof of return. They had no record of the retuirn and were only going to give back 1/2 of the price as was there policy. How is that a free trial period? Had difficulty getting to a representative because would be on hold for 10 minutes and tier system hung up on me.

Thrre times this happen, did not get anyone until the forth time I tried and it was a hassle getting them to refund the entire price as was promised. Free Trail, when you factor in the shipping, the return shipping and the hours spent on the phone it is a very costly product.

Did you provide the representative that you spoke with the proof of delivery? From your statement it appears that you were offered a refund of 1/2 of the price as a compromise because we did not show in your account your order was received back.
