GNS, INC Debited my account $79.90 after I called to return diet pills Colorado California
On January 15th I received a package of two bottles of diet pills. The shipping label explained that I was going to be debited on my account on January 20th. I decided I did not want pills anymore so I called that same day that I received pills to cancel. I returned the pills 2 days later. Well, the $79.90 was debited from my account .
Since Mondaym 1-22-09 I have been trying to talk to someone one but everytime I call I get a message telling me that there are 15 to 20 callers ahead of me and I would be waiting approx 10 min. I left three detailed messages with all my info and have not received a phone call back. I tried the website listed on the shipping sheet and it is no good.

We understand that you contacted our company and cancelled your autoship program. Cancelling the autoship program does not cancel the scheduled $79.90 amount to be billed for the trial bottles. In order to avoid the charge the products would have to be received back within the trial period. After you are billed you would be eligible for a refund as long as the product is received back within the 30 day money back guarantee. It appears as though you may have been having a problem contacting us in regard to your trial order and were waiting to hear back from someone regarding your refund.
