In January 2009, I accidentally ordered the ACAI BERRY EDGE product from slimbodycoach.com (also GNS) and immediately realizing my error called to cancel the order. But low and behold, I could not because I was told the order was already processed and I would have to wait for it to arrive before calling for a Return Authorization #. Making a note to call, email, etc before the "free" trial period came and went, I tried to contact the company 2 weeks after I ordered to let them know that I had not yet received the product and wanted to cancel the account and did not want my account charged. Well that ended up being by email because the phone number they give you is always loaded with calls (now I know why) and the wait time is usually over 30 minutes. I received an automatic email reply with FAQ to help you with your inquiry. I just wanted to speak with someone to discuss the problem.
A few days later I got an email stating that the trial period had elapsed and my account would be charged so I tried to call again, to no avail, and this time left a voice message, as instructed, if you chose not to wait on the phone. I also sent another email and again received the same automatic email reply as before. The following day there was a message on my phone from "Chelsea" to call back regarding my account. I called her back and had to leave yet another message and was told they would get her the message and she would call in the next couple of days. Well, no surprise, five days later and still no call, so I called yet once again to reach her and was transferred to someone else who was so rude she was talking over me as I was trying to explain my situation. When I asked if I could finish my explanation, she rudely continued speaking. At this point I had had it and hung up.
I would like to warn as many people as possible so that this does not have to happen again. Their deceptive and shady business practices should be exposed and they should not be allowed to do business in the States.
We should all know, but don't always remember, BUYER BEWARE.

It appears as though you placed an order for our Acai Berry Edge product and after changing your mind attempted to cancel the order. If an order has not yet left the warehouse we would be able to cancel the shipment and immediately reimburse any charges that were made. If the order had already been shipped out the products would have to be returned to us for the order to be cancelled out completely. It sounds as though the order was already shipped out when we received your request to cancel the order.
