This company uses deceptive ads to get you to try their worthless product (it is just caynne pepper and a bunch of other dumb stuff). You think you are just paying for shipping to try their product. But that is wrong. You will get their product in the mail, quickly realize that it is just a bunch of nothing . Read the lable. Then you call. They give you an rma#, and you send it back at your own expense. Then , 12 days later, after you think you are rid of the stupid stuff and dumb mistake you made and then they charge your credit card $49.95. When you call them, after waiting 10 minutes or so on hold. They tell you that they have not received your product back even before you give them any information. Then they tell you that there is no way they can credit you card without receiving the product back. Forget the fact that they did not send it with tracking information.

This company was set-up to rip people off. There are thousands of other products out there that actually have useful things in them for losing weight. Find anything else except this product

So GNS is a complete rip off, i worked there for 6 months and then finally left because it was working and my subconscious. I could honestly sit there and not think i was stealing money. For one many empoylees made comments about the the terms and conditions being bigger and consumer friendly since they had such a big effect on the order, they did nothing. Also We looked at the pill and honestly its nothing but peprika. But the good news is GNS INC also known as nutral lane and maxacaiboost. they changed they're name because of these reports. is going out of business they just layed 30 people off and had to send chack out to all of them because they shorted them on the they're checks. Also the IRS is getting involved. Unfortunatly everything they did was legal shady but legal.

I made the mistake of falling for this also, kinda.  I am being charged over $80 for something you are only suppose to pay $3.97 s&h for.  I never ordered this product nor did I approve the charges.  Some one ordered it with my credit card and name.  when I explained that to the company I was told "oh well, thats your problem and you should file a police report.  Its not our job to confirm its you."  I also explained that the money they were stealing from me was money for my babies diapers and formula.  Once again I was told its my own problem.  After being hung up on repeatively I finally got to talk to a supervisor by the name of robert.  When told my situtation he said he would issue a refund.  I just had to ship it back and call them with the tracking number.  I paid the shipping to send it back, called them and was told that I would not be recieving a refund till they had proof of the product being shipped cause the tracking number apparently was not enough.  I asked what happens if the money comes out of my account before then, to which once again was told thats my problem I had 21 days to return it before charged.  I was never told about being charged anything for this product other then the S&H unless it was not cancelled then I would be sent another bottle and then be charged.  Nothing was ever said about being charged for this first order.  I did not even order this product it was ordered for me by someone else.  I made the mistake of going ahead and trying it cause I thought it was worth trying for $4.  I have spent the entire day spending more money to fix this mistake and I still have nothing to show but alot of tears and no idea how to get my children the things they need now.  Do not bother calling the company all they will do is hang up on you, make you feel like crap, cuss you out and convence you that if you spend just alittle more you can have your money back, which is just another lie.  I am reporting this company everwhere I can and I am going to be taking to a lawyer about getting together a class action law suit.  More to come on that.  Be careful!!!!

I have called and e-mailed GNS Inc to cancel my so called free trial of their products that has no benefits what so ever. They still continued to bill my credit card and send the product out. So you must stop them at their source and turn them into the Better Business Bureau and sites like this right away, so we can get them to stop before they steal any more of our money!

Try READING Before You Buy

#10Consumer Comment

I just looked at the GNS website from which the consumer ordered the "Slim Seduction." First of all, the consumer has no room to complain about "hidden charges" when the terms and conditions are printed on the SAME PAGE.

Within those terms (which are brief and surprisingly easy to read) it tells you that the "21-day trial" is a free trial period--not a free bottle--for the cost of shipping and handling only. It's a "try it before you buy it" type offer for a full-month's supply of "Slim Seduction" that utilizes rear billing. It also clearly explains the membership deal.

No matter how unfair this may seem to a consumer, they place their electronice signature on these terms when they click the "I agree to Terms and Conditions" box and enter their credit card information. That is considered a legal and binding financial agreement. This is why I urge consumers to be smart about their internet orders and READ.

ALSO: Any offer on the internet--or anywhere else for that matter--that boasts "FREE* Offer" should be taken with a large grain of salt. The "asterick" (*) implies that there are terms involved, such as extra charges, a membership, etc. A company would probably go bankrupt if they sent out free product with no way of turning a profit.

I called yesterday to ask about two charges to my credit card. I was given the same verbage about the $49.95 charge. There was an additional charge of $39.99 which asked about and was told that it was for the autoshipment which I had signed up for when I did the 21 day trial. Mind you the 21 day trial started the day they shipped the first trial order. There is no way you can contact and cancel anything when they play the game in that manner. Anyway, I was told that they could not do a reversal on my credit card but they would give me a 150% credit on any other product they carried. They gave me a web site to go to www.GNSonline.com to review products for selection. When I went to that web site, it has nothing to do with GNS, Inc. That web site if for Global Network Services. They did give me a return authorization number but it does no good if you want to take them up on the 150% in house exchange. Guess we get taken more than once by this company. What an expensive lesson.
