I went online and ordered the Acai Berry Product as advertised by Oprah. I used my mother's credit card. After speaking with her, I found out that others had done likewise and were billed again and again for orders they had not placed. One victim had to actually stop payment on her credit card and initiate a new credit card.

Early on I emailed the company and requested that they stop the order. Days later I still received the packages. The label stated that refused packages would not be accepted. I am putting the packages in a brown box and returning them. I am waiting for amount to be removed from my mother's credit card.

I find it funny that this company sent that guy to "repair there reputation" when in fact he makes no mention of his company giving out other peoples credit card numbers without their permission, instead he sits there and talks about Terms of service, well im pretty sure it doesnt say anywhere in the terms of service that him and his company may refer you to other companys youve never heard of. Also, Why would a legtimate company Hi-Jack email addresses and msn accounts to advertise their product? They Wouldnt. Dont even bother trying to make a rebuttal to this its allllll truth and you know it.

When you initially placed the order for the Acai Berry Edge you were advised in the terms and conditions of the offer that you would be billed $79.90 if the products are kept past the 21 day trial period. On the order page we require our customers to check a box accepting the terms and conditions of the offer for the order to even place. Additionally, we let you know on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and the order invoice included with your shipment. We understand that you may have sent an email attempting to cancel the order completely. It appears that the email request was not received, we respond to every email that is received by our company.
