GNS - Nutralane Free trial that ends up costing too much Arvado Colorado
I too have been sucked into this sham about the free trial.I however was able to reach someone in customer support but was told I would have to wait until after I was charged to get an RA number for return.
Being a very stubborn person I insisted on a number and received one. Whether my cancellation number and ra number will be honored is still up for question.
How i wish i had read all this before I went for the "free trial that you only have to pay shipping on".
This is a well known company or so I thought, why are they lowering thereselves to these kind of gimmicks?
I will support any suits against them. Good luck to all of us.

We do have a 21 day trial offer for our products, with this promotion if the products are kept past the 21 day trial period then you would be billed for them. We explain this promotion in detail up front on the order page. We present this information again on our order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and on the order invoice included with your shipment.
Our representatives can provide a return authorization number at anytime. We do not ask our customers to wait until after they are charged the $79.90 amount to return their shipment.
