GNS NutraLane LLC offered free samples and billed for VIP Club auto-ship Arvada Colorado
This company GNS, Inc. also known as NutraLane LLC and FWM Laboratories, billed me for "free samples" and then enrolled me in their VIP Club auto-shipment program and charged my credit card for products without my authorization.
When I called and cancelled I was instructed to mail back the "free samples" at my expense. I was given a cancellation number. When I called about another company about a charge for a free sample of a similar resveratrol product, I was given the same cancellation number, and said that I had already cancelled the account. The person I spoke with denied knowing anything about the NutraLane LLC, GNS and said this company was called FWM Laboratories.
I wonder what exactly is in these capsules I have been taking. It's a scary thought, given the duplicity I am finding when calling them.

It sounds as though you ordered two different resveratrol products through two separate companies. GNS/NutraLane are in no way connected with FWM Laboratories, you would need to contact them in regard to the order you placed for their product. We do not have an offer for free sample products. The product our company carries is called ResVer XP; we do have a promotion for this product which is a 21 day trial offer. With this promotion if you are unsatisfied with your product and return it within the 21 day trial period then you are not billed a thing. If you are satisfied and keep the product past your trial period then you are billed for the product kept. . Our ResVer XP product contains 50 mg of resveratrol per serving. If you have any additional questions in regard to the ResVer XP please don't hesitate to call customer service at 1-800-595-4670.
Thank you,
Maria
