GNS/Nutralane UNBELEIVABLE !!! Arvada Colorado

It is amazing how this company advertise. They will go into your account and debt money out. When you call the company to find out the reason why this occur they tell you a bogus story. Then when you read them back the
small print stating a refund they tell you that is not them. That is another company. I hung up and call back read refund ststement to rep she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. When rep come back on line she tells you to fax statement to them to review in order to make a refund. I called back third, time rep told me that they are another company and they refuse to give
you the name of the company. Very Strange. First rep told me it is a 14 to 21 day trial period free then they debt your account. Second rep said , it is 30 day trail free. Third rep, said that she can not discuss information with me.

When customers contact us we can pull up their account information either by their order number, name, email address, or as a last resort by their credit card number. If we cannot locate an account by either method most likely the order was not placed with us. We provide an order invoice inside all shipments sent. Additionally, we provide an order number in your email confirmation which is sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. Please check to see if you have the order number included with your shipment. Also on your bank statement next to the charges made you can find a telephone number to contact the company those charges are with. If these charges were made by our company it would be helpful to have the order number ready so we can quickly access your account to assist you.
