Internet offer on line for free trial with $3.97 charge for shipping already charged to my account. Free trial for 14 days starting day of order. 2 weeks later no product received. I have made 6 calls, no response. I have e-mailed all e-mail addresses, only squibb responses. I have cancelled all times and requested my $3.97 credited. All I get is squibb e-mails asking if I still want my package. There is never a live person anywhere to talk with.
