Complaint Review: GNS / Slimbody

GNS / Slimbody Didn't received all I was billed for. Supervisor would not call back until 30 days to sent product back was up. Arvada Colorado

I didn't receive all the products that I was billed for, when I called them a week later to complain I was kept on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke with someone she gave me a cancellation number and also a return number but said I would have to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold again for over another hour and then I just got a dialtone.

I called back the next day and was on hold for 83 minutes and finally gave my number to a lady for a supervisor to call me within 24 hours. But he never called this was done three times and never a call back. Then today I called back and after beening on hold for another hour I talked to a rep and she said she would transfer me to a supervisor and again I waited on hold for another hour and 23 minutes. When I did get to speak to a supervisor she couldn't help me and said she would talk to her supervisor after waiting for 15 minutes she came back and she to hold just a few more minutes.

Finally she came back on the line and said that he would have to call me back within 10 minutes. He called an hour and ahalf later and said that he would give me my money back on the product I never received but that today was the last day on my 30 day trail so I couldn't send them back. I explained to him that nothing had been opened and I had been waiting for someone to call me back to get this straightened out.

He said his records showed that today was the only day I called and when I ask him about the cancellation number and return number that I had gotten the first time I called. He said well in was a mistake but that they couldn't take the product back and refund my money.
