GNS Supplements Grade A Scam is what this Company is Arvada Colorado
This company scammed me big time!! I placed my order 7/11/2008 and after the checkout process was finished it informed me that my credit card number would be stored. I then turned right back around and cancelled my order. I never recv'd any correspondence from them. I never recv'd a product either.
However the company found it Ethically Sound to charge my Bank Account on 3 seperate occasions totaling up $93.89.
When I called the company I spoke with Amanda and she advised me to forward the cancellation email that I sent 7-11 (luckily I always carbon copy them to my email address so I have a copy) to her "supervisor" Nic with an explantion as to what has furhter gone on. She said he would refund my monies to me and everything would be fine. Guess What? I have not gotten a refund.
I called the company again today and they told me they were within their legal rights of visa/Mc and I could not dispute the charges. I went to the bank today and they told me that GNS is in violation of their Visa/MC agreements because they never sent the product.
Also when I called today the rep refused to give me her name tried to deny recieving my second email but then turned around and started quoting me from the email. This company will give you the run around!!!! If you want your money back go to your bank or contact your Visa Master Card provider and dispute the charges.
Their website also stated that they are members of the Better Business Bureau and I would suggest filing a complaint with them as well. That is my next step.
