This on-line advertisement is a fraud. It is NOT a free sample. You not only pay the $3.97 in shipping, they also sign you up automatically for the auto-mail program AND they charge your credit card $79.90 within 2 weeks of receiving the product. I noticed this auto-ship enrollment as soon as I received my product. I also saw their note saying they were going to charge my credit card. I immediately contacted their customer support and asked them to stop the auto-ship and give me a return authorization number.

In the email that came with my return authorization number, I was given 2 dates. If the product was received by them before the first date, they wouldn't charge my credit card. If it was received by the second date, I would get a full refund. The day BEFORE the first date, they went ahead and charged my credit card. I'm still working on getting a refund!

This is NOT a free sample. It is an attempt to get your credit card information and charge you for things you did not agree to. Don't be fooled. And here I thought I'd checked them out thoroughly before I sent in my request for the "free" sample.

With our free trial offers the products are free to try within that trial period. We never advertise this offer as a free sample and apologize if this offer was misunderstood. This offer was created to allow our customers to try out our product and if unsatisfied return it within the trial period to not be billed any furtherthus being able to try it for free. Most offers from companies require upfront payment of a product with a period of time (typically 30 days) to return it and await a refund once received. We also allow a period of time even after the trial period ends to return your product to us for reimbursement for a total of 30 days from the date purchase to return your ordermore time to try out the product then the actual trial period being advertised.
