When I ordered the item online, I only authorized them to transfer $3.97 from my account for shipping & handling. There was no mention anywhere that there would be any further charges. The confirmation of the order that I printed for my records did not even state that anywhere.

When I received the product in the mail, the paperwork in the package stated that $79.95 would be electronically transferred from my account on March 5, 2009, for the product that I'd just received. In addition to that, the paperwork said that there would be a recurring charge every 45 days of $49.95 for further shipments. I did not agree to any of this, nor did I authorize the transfer of any funds for this. I am outraged and want other people to be aware of this company.

If this has happened to you, immediately call your credit card company, or bank, to stop the recurring charge! They will continue to take your money if you do not do this!

When placing your order for the 21 day trial offer of Slim Seduction we explain in the terms and conditions that if you are unsatisfied during the trial period you can return the unused portion within that period of time to not be billed. We also provide an additional 9 days after you are billed to return your shipment for a refund. This information was provided four different times to avoid it being missed. This was included in the terms and conditions on the order page, on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email and on the invoice included with your order. We apologize if this information was missed.

Included with this offer is an autoship program which begins 45 days after the date your order is placed. Every 45 days another shipment is sent out for a discounted price of $69.90 and with free shipping. Many of our customers are satisfied with our product and find this service to be a benefit to themthey save $10 off of future orders and their supply is automatically replenished so they would not have to call us to reorder. This service can be cancelled or postponed at anytime should you desire to do so. It would not be necessary to contact your credit card company to prevent these charges which we understand you chose to do. We provide our contact information for our customers to cancel by calling customer service or by sending an email request.
