Go Alpha Travel - Diego Greico SCAM!! Bought airline e-ticket then they cancelled my reservation! found out they used another persons credit card too to hold my reservation. Miami Florida
Found these guys on E-bay. Contacted them to get price of airline ticket. Paid for ticket and received conformation number for e-ticket, seat assignments... with Frontier Airlines. (Frontier is GREAT, by the way. Helped me as much as they could with this situation!)
Got to airport and was informed that my reservation had been cancelled the day after I paid for it!!! Was given cancellation number and the last 4 digits/exp date of credit card used; It was not my credit card number!
So not only did I pay Go Alpha Travel $160.00, I had to buy another ticket at the counter so I could make my trip. Frontier offered to charge me the same price I paid, which I thought was $160.00. Turns out that the price their computers showed was $351.00, so I was out $511.
Seems this agency is not only ripping off consumers, they are using fradulent credit card transactions. Immediatedly sent e-mail (several now) and called agency. No response to e-mails and keep getting message that phone lines are temporarily busy.
I wonder how many other people they have done this to??
