In November 2014, I disputed charges that were posted on my November Discover credit card 4 times on one billing cycle due to the fact that I had changed my Credit Card. Ironically the card was changed by the my credit card company because of attempted suspicious charges from another company. In August ,I believe, I had received an email from Worthpoint that my credit card was no longer valid and to update my account, which I did. I should have closed the account, but could not find a link to close the account on their website. I forgot about it because at that time my husband had been diagnosed with Cancer. He died in September.
Finally, in mid-Jan, I attempted several times to find their phone number on their website to file a complaint, but to no avail.  I did an online search for their phone number and called. They told me that they would cancel the membership and review the charges for the past 6 months since I had not used their website. They never cancelled my membership, nor did they email me and I am still being charged. Last week, I finally found a email form on priceminer.com where I registered my complaint. This email was returned to my email box by a mailer-daemon from their website! Talk about a RED FLAG!!!

The navigation on Priceminer.com is impossible, but I finally was able to successfully close my account myself online (I Hope). Yet, another Internet search for a phone number brought me to Ripoffreport.com. I called the number listed in this complaint and spoke to them again. They have emailed me several times, but dance around the issue with no effort for a refund for unused services.
I've also opened a dispute of charges through my credit card and am willing to join a consumers advocacy group.
