Complaint Review: GO casino

GO casino pay line service Issued bad check for winnings. cannot get help getting problem resolved. Royal Bank of Canada helping them rob me. Internet

GO casino issued me a bad check for over 1000.00. I have tried to get another good check to replace the bad one with no luck. I contacted tlc global and payline service, the companies that work with GO casino to transfer credit card deposits from usa customers to GO casino. If you are lucky and win some money these  same two companies issue the withdrawl checks drawn on the royal bank of
canada to the supposedly lucky players. The only problem was the check was no good. I try to talk with people at GO casino about this situation and as all of us who have done online gaming in the USA with casinos outside of the USA,
know, the person you need to talk with is either in a meeting or called in sick the day you called.


Please, if you are one of the people who has had your money stolen by GO casino or online vegas casino or any of the other casinos these people in panama represent TELL EVERY PERSON you know that plays online what these people
are really all about. They are gangsters and bandits. Now as to who is actually at fault here it is myself! I was foolish enough to turn over my money to some people in a foreign country, in a very shady business and expect them to be honest with me, now that is just plain stupid. They take your money from your credit card, no questions asked, but you ask for a payout and you have to give them enough of your personal information, including a copy of both sides of the credit card you used, they could destroy you financially. What are we doing, are we crazy? Until online gaming is legal in the USA and has good USA oversight we need to stop playing online.

I spoke with customer support at Go Casino and they didnot deny that there were checks issued that had to be replaced.  I would suggest that you contact them again and resolve this problem as soon as possible.  You might send a copy of the emails you sent and also the date/time if possible that you contact them on the phone or in the chat support; though I have not had that experience, I am sure that they can resolve this and be able to have a merrier Christmas.  Happy Holidays and may the heavens smile upon you.

I wanted to make a comment regarding GO Casino, I had read a lot of negative things about Go Casino when I first started playing over a year ago, I am a researcher and a paralegal.  I get paid to do research for consumers.  I will ask Go Casino about this comment and see if they may resolve it for you.  I have also seen on other forums or websites regarding negative comments about GO CASINO but I want you to know that overall there are many postive comments about Go Casino, (NO THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME), one person complained but then received their money.  I surely dont want to play there if they are doing things like what you stated so I have to give them the benefit of the doubt.  I will respond on my own to this comment and hopefully they resolve it in an expedited manner.  There are lot of great folks there:  Tony, Eric, Marlon, Jose, Azael, Claudia, Gloria, Joe, Carol, Octovio and one of the managers in customer support is Jose.  Please contact them as I will be sending this message to them immediately and hopefully you get a response ASAP, like yesterday.....lol...Good Luck to you and Happy Holidays.

I was having problems getting paid via check method but the company(Gocasino) finally paid out with a wire sent the other day. They said they stopped doing checks and only issue wires now. It took over a month for me to get paid out but they did pay. Let me know if anything changes for you in this matter. Rick from CSR helped me out a bunch.
