Chem-less(TM) has been in business and operating since 1979, developing its pool sanitation product line.
Go Chemless is about 5 yeras old and has taken the use of the trade name Chem-less(TM), without permission.
The 2 product lines are distinctively different, but by Go Chemless using the trade name of Chem-less(TM), has created some confussion to the buying public.
