On May 21, 2007, a young man named Tommie Myen came to our door and literally begged us to buy magazines from him, saying he was trying to turn his life around. How could you say no to someone trying to better themselves? The thing is either these kids are unaware of whats going on and they are victims of the same scam, or they are a part of it, which in my mind is worse.

They tell you to give them 90-120 days to see the magazine, yet my check cleared my bank within 5 days. When you call the number on the receipt, it says that the owner has passed away but not to worry, even though things are back logged, the magazines will be delivered. Yeah, right?!

The problem with this GoDoer scam is that it hurts the legitimate business who IS trying to help young people turn their lives around. The next time someone comes to my door selling magazines I will not buy any. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

There's got to be a way to stop this company who seems to be doing this all over the country. Any ideas?
