I received a call from someone who said they were from Roland Frasiers office. They said he was promoting a coaching program for local search. I spoke to Amy Smith, aka Amy Whitson, and she told me about the domain purchasing program. I said Idid not want to design websites but would look at what they did. I had clients who needed websites. Then she said you should go into the gogetters coaching program..Roland this and Roland that. So I thought i was going to be in Roland Frasiers program.
I asked her to send me something to look. She sent me a video of Dutch and some guy Brian. Sounded interesting and Amy said they were part of Rolands team. I asked about the refund policy and she said no problem,I will refund you all of it if you are not happy. i pay and get a receipt that says "no refund". I called Amy and she said oh donot worry,I promised you. I said iwant it in writing so she sent an email. Went from bad to worse,she had Dutch Mendenhall call me and he talked me into giving it a chance.
In the meantime I have received no log in information,nothing. I called them back and kept getting passed around from Amy to Dutch then some girl named Patty. I finally talked to a girl who was working as a VA for them and she said she felt terrible but that she heard Dutch say he had no intention of refunding my money. It just goes on and on. Called they said "oh.we did that last week' Then it was "must be your credit card company" then it was oh yes i will do that today. Never done and they still owe me $997! I called Roland Frasier and guess what? He called them and told them to refund and said they are not my company just my affliates. Liars and thiefs. I have emails,invoices etc.. to prove it!! Please stop these frauds from taking peoples money!!

Hello
I just received a call from Dutch and he took informed me that he did refund all my money. I asked him why I to file the time fraud alerts with my credit card company and and A rip off report to get this done? He did not really have an answer. It was Over 3 months before I got my money refunded and then he called to make sure I removed this report. I said I would be glad to write a followup and let everyone know that I now have been refunded in full. I suggested that he may want to look at the way he is running his business and fix the problems there. As I have not completed any of his training,I cannot speak to that but I wish him luck in the future and hope that he takes a serious look at his systems and Fires Amy Smith!
