Complaint Review: Go Green Energy LLC

 Hey maybe the problem is you have the wrong guy. Orono Mayor Denny Walsh has filed a company with the name Go Green Energy. Maybe you need to sue him. Here's his filing. https://www.bizapedia.com/mn/go-green-energy-llc-corporation.html

April 21, 2018, Dakota County District Court issued a restraining/protective order against Kuchar for posting these types of false commments anywhere publicly. The court sytem would not have done so unless there was solid evidence of Kuchar's defamation and that I will likely be able to prevail against Kuchar in the defamation suit I have filed against him. The order states:

"The defendants (Kuchar and his company Twin Citites Computing) shall be restrained from posting online, writing letters to the editor or any other form of public comments or communications relating to Plaintiff Jay Thomas Nygard, any of plaintiff's family and the plaintiff's business interests, including Go Green Energy, LLC."

I would hope that Ripoff Report would move this entire post given what the court ordered.

This is the last chance for you, David Kuchar to stop libeling me, my wife and my business. You were served with a cease and desist demand yeasterday, it is in your best interest to follow it, ask any lawyer. Stop acting like a petulant child throwing a tantrum, pay the judgement for which you lost in court and let us both move on with our lives.

Stop Threatening Me = Mr Jay NyGard - I have spoken to ED Magedson - Founder of this site and he assures me of my experience with you is protected free speech. According to H.R.6195 - Free Speech Fairness Act.

*Your allegations are erroneous" * (in my opinion especially) *  My attempt to leave a review has been hi-jacked by your constant replies. True, opinions are protected free speech.

The story I am telling is already public record: You sued me, the judge sided with me first but I could not ask for punitive damages you caused, I counter-sued, the jury was confused and sided with you, the city still bans solar and I the homeowner am blamed for all of this? You sale-proof my home, you threaten me and my family. I have spoken to the police, the attorney general, federal trade commission, city hall, and now a new court date for your attempt to tamper/damage the equipment I purchased from your company. I have my receipts.

"YOU THEN LEFT ME WITH AN ILLEGAL SYSTEM that does not meet city code." You did this to yourself and then did this to me........!!!!!!! TRUTH.

I paid you 16K upfront for my equipment. You then, illegally tampered with my micro-inverters which I own ( you never hooked up my system or worked with my city to finish the job completely = you abandoned the project when the city said it's not code compliant. ( I TOLD YOU THAT YOU WOULD GET PAID in full WHEN YOU FINISH THE JOB.) you never did.....CALL CITY HALL AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY TELL YOU AND THAT "YOU PULLED THE PERMIT. BUILD TO CODE ALREADY! " You have caused me reprehensible damages.

We still have more court dates over this. According to the Police: This dispute must be resolved in the civil court system.... more appeals....etc....etc....etc....etc.....OR YOU CAN JUST WORK WITH MY ATTORNEY TO SETTLE THIS WHILE I WORK TO RESOLVE THE MESS YOU LEFT ME AND MY COMPANY AND FAMILY WITH.  YOU SALE-PROOFED MY HOME. FIX THIS ISSUE YOU CAUSED.

Mr. Jay Nygard has been reported to the Attorney General, the police for unfair buisness practices, better business bureau and has been put in jail for contempt of court for doing this prior. He is a crook. He has lost in court once before and will lose again for his continued efforts to break the law or code of municipalities in which he attempts to due business. BUYER BEWARE. this has been based on my own experience and that of public record. 

Since David Kuchar continues to spread his false narrative, I had no choice but to send him a ceast and desist demand for continuing to spread these false claims as attached.

Go Green Energy has been reported to the Attorney General and is currently being sued again for not building to code and acting like a criminal by trying to remotely shut off micro-inverters.

They have been to jail over doing this on their own property and Mr. Nygard has now done it to consumers. I do not know how this person is able to deal with themselves based on how they treat others and the mess they leave them with. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM GO GREEN ENERGY LLC OR MR. NYGARD. HE IS A CROOK AND HE PRACTICES UNFAIR BUSINESS DEALINGS. 

Mr Kuchar was well aware af the odd situation his city put him in. I offered several solutions which included a cheap solution to fix the problem. Kuchar refused to work with me, Kuchar refused to make payments as the project progressed. I halted work until a payment was received. Kuchar went behind my back and hired an electrician to finish the job for approximately the same amount that the cost overrun would have been. I was forced to file a claim in conciliation court so I could pay my contractors. Kuchar lost. Kuchar appealed to the district court, we had a trial, and he lost again. During this time, Kuchar was profitting off of the PV system at a rate of $170/mo. 4 months after the court decision, I finally shut the system down electronically. I would re-actvate it if he would pay his judgment. Instead, Kuchar has filed this complaint, one with the Burnsville police, one with the BBB, one with the state attorney general and another concilation lawsuit against me (even though he is precluded from doing so because he lost and his counter-claims were dismissed with prejudice). Thus, while Kuchar refused to pay his bill or judgment, he profited by over $2200 on my equipment for the 13 months it was illegally operating. Kuchar even misrepresented himself as the solar installer to the inverter company to get the system activated without my knowledge.

Notice how Kuchar leaves out the fact that he lost in court twice, the BBB failed to do anything and the Burnsville police closed the case as no crime had been committed.

He even admitted in a recent court filing that his house had been"swatted" twice by the police recently, they confiscated his weapon and he ended up in the hospital and jail. Kuchar has also filed 3 conciliation cases lately, including one against GGE that he is precluded from doing due to rec judicata as noted above.

BY the way, Kuchar has ALWAYS had the ability to rectify the minor issue that cropped up, but listened to the idiots at city hall who sent him down the wrong path. BEWARE of this guy, he is off the deep end.
