February 2013 I had Go King Movers pick up 3/4's of all of my property that included 2 bedrooms, family room, washer, dryer, 3 computers, 2 flat screens, several paintings and other household items. Personal things that just can't be replaced. They also helped me move the remaining items to a condo.

June 2013 I had Go King Movers come pick up the remaining furniture and other boxed items I couldn't fit in my car to store with the other items they had of mine.

May 2014 I called Go King Movers and speak with a Bruno and settled by account and scheduled a time to come from Wichita to pick up my items. I had my 2 brothers and 2 sisters come up with me so I rented a van, rented a Penski truck, paid for 2 hotel rooms and I had already paid for a storage unit in Wichita. I was ready on time at the location to gather all of my things which was scheduled to be on the dock, so we could leave as soon as possible back to Wichita.

When I arrived they had nothing ready, they actually didn't know where my things were, the appointment was at 9:00 and Keymo looked for hours moving units after unit and nothing. Around 1:00 My family and I were very frustrated. I went and found Bruno and he told me that they would find my items and get them shipped to a unit in Wichita for me, he also was able to call the Penski store and cancel the rental truck and no cost to me. So I felt I could take him at his word. This was the weekend of Memorial weekend in May 2014.

July 2014 no phone call from Bruno or Keymo

August 2014 no phone call from Bruno or Keymo

September 17, 2014 Keymo calls and tells me he found my items, stating it was 6 units and we were only charging you for 3. That to give him a call to schedule a time to pick up. When I called back they stated that the storage building was going to be seized by the government and if I would pay another $600 I could have my things the next day. I told him no way, that wasn't the agreement. I heard nothing else after that. Bruno's number didn't work. Keymo's number wasn't being answered.

I had an attorney write a demand letter requesting my items or be subject to a lawsuit with a request for penalties and damages. I lost access to those attorney's in February of 2015 once I took a new job. Needless to say I still don't have my belongings and I don't know what has happened to them. I just want them back. Can anyone help direct me to what my next step is.

My insurance company stated that this situation isn't covered under renters insurance so I have no recourse.

Help Please, what can I do to get back what is mine and to not allow this company to do this to anyone else.
