Complaint Review: Go Natural Pharmacy

I ordered some medicinal chocolate with GoNatural Pharmacy. They had me venmo the payment of $140 plus $35 shipping. This morning I was contacted by 'Diligent Deliveries' and told I had to pay $130 to 'release my package from customs'. Since they're supposedly US based the package would have never left the country. I'm in the process of disputing the venmo charge and have asked them to refund me, but they tell me they can't since the 'package is in the mail'. Also super unprofessional as when I said I suspected they were scamming I got a response of 'are you sh*g me?'. I've likely learned an $180 lesson.
