This company is horrible. I submitted an order for prescription glasses and they prepared them incorrectly. When I asked them to repair the error they told me that they would, but I would need to pay for the new lenses. When I said forget it, I would return the glasses, they said fine, but we will charge you a 15% restocking fee.

They tell you that they will get a copy of your prescription from the Dr. to ensure a correct prescription, but they lie. They don't. When I asked them to supply me with a copy of the prescription they received from my Dr. they told me that they called him to verify the prescription. My Dr has no record of a call from them. Their policy states that they get a copy of the prescription from the Dr and keep it on file, but they are unable to supply that to me.

When you try to deal with customer service they are rude to the point of hostile.
