I ordered a side view mirror on January 3, 2014. Two weeks passed and I contacted the company via email and phone. I was put on hold over and over and over and never spoke to a human. I emailed about my part. I was told via email that there was a delay due to the shipping mess over the holidays. Okay. I was promised 10% off my order via email and told it would ship in 24-48 hours via FedEx. I never received a tracking number  I contacted them again via phone and email. I was told my part had not shipped but would immediately. I emailed every day about my part. It never shipped and again and again I was given various excuses and shipping estimate times. Finally after waiting till February 3, 2014 I requested via numerous emails a full refund. I was told via email I had been refunded. Checked my account. Never happend. so I made sure again, they had debited my account to begin with. Their charge is clearly there. No refund ever. I have emailed numerous times regarding an immediate refund. I am now getting the same run around as I did on the part. The latest email said that their merchant (?) can't regund debit/credit cards and I will need to contact my bank to do a charge back sine now my order is so "old". Ummm...
