I contacted this company to purchase an aged company. I was GUARANTEED funding, and the contract was signed by a Darrell West. They ran a smoke screen for 3 months, but did absolutely nothing like they promised.
I do have worthless paper showing I own a worthless company, but none of the funding they promised. They claimed to be able to get large amounts of "Un-secured" funding through their contacts........I never received a penny.
At the end of the monthes I asked for my money back. They did agree in the contract that if I didnt get funding they would refund. However when I asked for the refund they said the same thing as they did in another report. I have spoke to much people at that company and was told Jeffrey Maziarz is the owner, however he will not speak to me. What owner runs a business and refuses to talk to customers? Unless they are hiding.
If they think paperwork showing I own a worthless 3 year old company with no operating history is worth $9,000, they are the ones that are mistaken.
I am still fighting to get my money back, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS, THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF!

Obviously this person was never a client of Go Risk Free - The company doesn't recommend shelf companies AT ALL and clearly states all over their website that the DO NOT recommend shelf companies. Nor do we know of anyone that matches the description of this supposed "clients" that were ripped off. This seems like a cleverly designed scheme by competitors to try to smear the company's name. So be it - apparently this site allows anyone to post anything online and claim it is the truth without any verification of facts, and that is a shame.

George's dealing with the company is a fully accurate description of their operation. The company is fraudulant and sole purpose is to take your money based on entirely false representations. The company has no ability to arrange commercial funding based off a "shelf" corporation and a developed "credit profile" - they never have been able to and they know it, yet they continue to make these assertions to prospective victims. . . . After they have taken your money, they will claim they have provided you with a "good" company - this is no more than a worthless document that can be filed with any Secretary of State for approxiamately $100 - they baited you in with their claims of arranging $300,000 to $500,000 in "credit lines" and other private sources with funding into the $millions - George lost $9,000 to this fraud and I personally lost over twice as much - this scheme needs to be shut down and the principals incarcerated. They have run the scheme under different names such as DCA, Direct Credit Advantage, Go Risk Free . . the individuals behind the scheme have gone by the names of Jeffrey Maziarz and Sarkis Nercessian . . . . . I am seeking information from other victims who have been defrauded by the scheme to pursue civil and criminal recourse against these individuals . . . please email me at (((ROR redacted)))

Go Risk Free Inc is unable to locate a customer named George in these states or circumstances mentioned in this report, however, the company will work with any customer that has an issue.

We have an impeccable reputation in the community and our goal is to help EVERY small business owner reach their goals. While we can not guarantee that a particular business owner will reach those goals, we do try to do everything we can - but the ultimate responsibility rests with each owner of the business to take action.
Go Risk Free Inc is not a lender, and does not guarantee funding. The company has relationships with brokers and lenders and does refer some customers to specific lenders based on what each customer's unique situation may be, at no additional charge to the customer. There is no way to lump every customer into a single category, but the majority of our customers are happy to work with our recommended lenders and brokers. Every client also has the right to work with their own lenders and brokers, we do not require them to use those that we recommend as a courtesy. We analyze every customer's situation and do everything we can to help them. A company is not "worthless", unless you are choosing not to utilize it. Immediately a company gives you all kinds of asset protection benefits, and potential to separate your personal and business credit. Depending on your circumstances you may also run your company and grow it, using it as an ongoing business which generates funding or the ability to get loans, etc. as many other small business owners do, through the SBA or through lenders such as those that our company can help refer you to.

Other than Go Risk Free Inc above, the other companies are not even related or involved in any of the businesses that you mentioned. Zero Risk Solutions LLC refers clients to brokers and lenders, but does NOT take ANY money up front from clients, Zero Risk Solutions is one of the few business brokers that is willing to do the work for free, and only gets paid when and if clients get funded on the back end. The other companies are unrelated and they do not appear to have the same owners or relationships with each other. We can not speak on their behalf but it is unfortunate that someone would libel other companies that have no relationship to Go Risk Free Inc.
