Complaint Review: Go_Sell Now

If any of these people claiming they are investors or buyers for your short-sale properties, names are: Adam Levine, Neal Caplan, from Go-Sell Now in the Valley, get their business cards and run.

These people are not real estate professions, do not know the law and ethical code, which will jeopardize your listing agent license and the buyer agent's license. 

First, they pretend as buyers and approach real estate agents to look for short-sale properties and drive to the locations to take pictures and do repair estimates.  Most of the time, don't have access to the interior and just made up an astronomical $40,000 repair based on looking at the outside of the house. 

Second, they will do a comparative market report on 3 standard home sales in the area BUT never do a comparative market report on the short sales. 

Third, they will look at your AS_IS selling price and subtract the repair cost and then offer a even lower than low LOW BALL offer. Their offer is $130K less than the asking price!! 

Plus these people do not have proof of funds, they can only give you a very hard to read bank statement with $60K. Tell your agents to be aware of these 2  crazy horse  asking to write an offer or worst sending booger offers.

Adam & Neal send 20 of these offers every other day. Spread the words among agents to watch out and don't border to show the house to them. Put a combo on the door, so they can't get in with a Supra. 

They made it sounds very easy to sell your home to them, no contingencies, no inspection, all cash and all that jack. They have no idea Department of Real Estate DOES exist!! They have no idea what is Equator, or the bank cares sh*t about their cash. 

Ask them what properties they have brought with those booger offers in the past 12 months. They cannot provide that either. 

Don't trust anyone who cannot look straight to your eyes, Neal can't.
