Go Smart Mobile- Chris the Refill Supervisor JackAss This company debited my account TWICE AND REFUSED TO REVERSE 1 OF THE CHARGES, I FEEL TOTALLY VIOLATED AND THAN THE JACKASS CHRIS DID'NT EVEN TRY TO HELP AND I WAS VERY PLEASANT ON THE PHONE ALL THERE REPRESENTATIVE ARE RUDE AND CHRIS SAID HE WILL NOT REVERSE THE CHARGES AND HUNG UP ON ME.  DO NOT USE GO SMART MOBILE, THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND WOULD NOT REVERSE THE CHARGES AND THERE REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL CHRIS THE REFILL MANAGER IS A JACKA** I SEE WHY THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE THE WAY THEY ARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE POOR REPRESENTATIVE LEADERSHIP THERE MANAGERS ARE JACKA**ES AND HAVE NO TRAINING AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT.  I FEEL VERY VIOLATED, THIS IS A TIME YOU BETTER LEAVE PEOPLE FINANCES ALONE, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE MAY DO TO YOU WHEN YOU MESS WITH THERE ACCOUNTS, LUCKY I'M NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON BUT YOU HAVE CRAZY PEOPLE THAT WILL KILL YOU FOR MESSING WITH THERE MONEY.

PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF GO SMART, YES IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT THIS COMPANY HAVE NO INTEGRITY.
