Complaint Review: Go Tech Financial

I was offered a $5,000 credit card and so I accepted. During the application over the phone there was a recording while the rep was talking to me at the same time. Next thing I knew, the call ended and the rep never left me his phone number where I can reach him.

He took my banking information, deducted $219.90 and all I got in the mail was a package which included a dept free guidance book along with a CD. I NEVER RECEIVED A CREDIT CARD. So in order for me to get a hold of Go Tech, I had to go into the yellow pages on the internet. When I called they said that I had to go online and apply for a credit card but there was an additional fee depending on your credit. I AM SO UPSET NOW AND WILL FIND A WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!
