Go Telemarketing Sold Bogus and Probably Illegal Medicare Leads Plano, Texas
I purchased 15 medicare set appointments and my coworkers purchased a total of 100 appointments from Go Telemarketing. Most of us were supposed to get 5 set appointments till the total we bought ran out. Well some days we would get zero appointments on days we thought we were getting 5 and all they could say was sorry. The appointments we did have were very bad and the clients were misled into meeting with us. They didn't even know an agent was coming to see them.
When we tried to work with them, they said you signed the form for them so you are out of luck. They wouldn't replace bad leads, and when I asked to hear the voice recordings of them being set, the telemarketing form is out of India. You could barley understand what they were saying and the clients were confused the whole time the appointments were being set.
If you sell Medicare plans at all you know how compliant everything needs to be, and there is no way that these can be legal. They trick the clients into thinking that an agent from Medicare will be coming out to share the changes that are coming out for the next year. I am trying to sell them a Medicare plan not share with them the changes.

Too many people have fallen victum to this company. I recently purcahsed some reverse mortgage leads and like everyone else, a scam. I am going to go after this guy and I ask everyone to join me. The cost is low on a per person basis but as a group we can shut him down. Fortunately, I live in the same county as this company and my attorney is also in the same county. I have already begun the process. To join me, please call my attorney:
