This Company promise to pay 29% of the profit to the driver and never show the paper of loads.

After about 4000 miles driven and no direct deposit in my bank, I ask for the money..this company sent  me home with only $961.41 saying I was driving over 65 mph and the truck burned more fuel than it should....what kind of trick is this... what kind of thieves are capable of this big liar

This company is a flipping joke..They say they are fair..HAHAHA..My husband drove for them for 4 weeks. We have yet to recieve any paperwork stating his percentage of the loads. They sent him out on the road with a truck where the fuel gage didnt work & he had no turning signals for 4 weeks while driving. That is very dangerous & DOT needs to be called on them. They don not follow DOT rules & regulations. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They are liars, & scam artist.

This company promise to pay 29% after fuel and they never show you how much the load pay that is how the driver get ripoff. Some time you have to wait two weeks for your pay because they dont have money to pay you and they are waiting for the brokers to pay them what kind of company is this.they are alway looking for excuses when is time to pay you. Also when you are a driver for this company you need to be a mechanic at the same time because they are so cheap because they cannot afford to get it looked over by a professional. This is a such a fair company  the you always broke down on the road because there quality of junk of trucks they have, after u broke down you dont get pay because it is the driver fault!!!! what a fair company...    This company is so good and safety the they can not pass a DOT imspection, plus they send there drivers to the road with out medical card nice company to work for it,   if you want to loose  your CDL go and work for go  the distance transport out of west palm beach FL.  My friend use to work for this company and he never get his last check after he quit, they are telling my friend the broker never pay the load, now the owner is telling my friend the he can not pay him because some damage on there trailer what kind of trick is this.

A Fair Company is what we are

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, March 11, 2013

Go The Distance Transports is a company that strives for fairness, communication and to make sure our drivers are happy and well compensated. We require though that the drivers are willing to work and follow company Policy.  We make sure that our drivers respect and follow State and Federal regulations while on company vehicles and abide to the regulations of our customers.

This so called "driver" was advised in several occassions of driving over the speed limit, several verbal warning were given and sent pictures on his phone of the speed limit, yet he kept speeding. He sped 60% of the times on the road. He was advised by a customer of a revised delivery date, he ignored it, did not communicate that to the office and just decided not to do it. Then the company was fined. He did not check nor maintained control of his gauges and ran out of fuel in the middle of the road, in which he could have been a potential road hazard.  He was disrespectful in several occassions to management.

Therefore, the company decided he was not a suitable driver, violated several parts of the company and driver policy manual.  He was paid according to his job and what he worked and not on what he thought he was worth it.

He dropped the truck half way through his delivery in FL and still he got compensated for it.
