On March 22, 2009 I placed an order by internet for a dash cover at www.godashmat.com. This company took the money out of my account immediatley then sent an order confirmation. With a 10 to 15 day shipping. I tried to contact them numerous times by phone and internet with no luck.

On April 30, 2009 I found a customer service number 480-654-8015 and spoke to a male who stated the company they had ordered my dash cover from had went bankrupt. I ask for a refund and they assured me it would be put back into my account in 10 days. I ask to speak to a manager and explained it did not take them 10 days two take my money out and I wanted it faster I also told her I would get my money back and I would give her the 10 days.

She than started laughing and said that no one would come after them for $46.90. On May 20 2009 I called again on the customer service number and spoke to a male. he told me he would have to get back with me on my order, I ask to speak to a manager and got a voice mail.

This order has been since March 22, 2009 at this time this company has not proven to me it is a reputable company. Buyer beware they do advertise in car magazines.
